How to get started
Please fill out our facility inquiry form so we may better understand your needs and be prepared when we contact you about your event. For questions and to schedule a meeting call 305-960-2969 or email LHCC@miamigov.com.
Requirements to book a space:
- Complete an inquiry
- Meet with our Events Agent to discuss date, timing and space options
- Sign a rental application and provide the deposit* (30 days prior)
- Submit event documents and final payment* (7 days prior)
Note: The rental application will be provided to you by the Events Agent after completing the Inquiry Form.
*The Little Haiti Cultural Complex and The Parks and Recreation Department does not have the authority to waive fees for use of the facility.
Host an exhibition opening, reception, social mixer or private dinner. The gallery provides open space, climate control, museum quality lighting and ever-changing art exhibits.
