From the Brooklyn basements to the world stage, Hip Hop has defied all odds since its inception in 1960’s New York. Using the 5 elements of Hip Hop which include Graffiti, MC,DJ, Bboy/Bgirl, and knowledge, the exhibit pays homage to a genre with more than 40 years of global influence in music, art, literature and politics. The 5 day art fair will feature interactive art experiences, fashion and local film screenings.

Official Meet & Greet and opening of Now or Neverland Ode to Hip Hop Art exhibition featuring over 15 global artists as they explore the multifaceted influence of hip hop through art. Free to public.

Proscenium Theatre

The Theatre provides a dynamic opportunity for playwrights and actors to develop new works and create live theater and film. We support all cultures and levels of theatrical performances, with combined artistry of professionals and community collaborators.The theatre features 300 auditorium style seats with six wheelchair accessible spaces, two balconies with an additional 40 seats, a 1,370 sq. ft. stage and a state-of-the-art control booth. Its Lobby, at 2,130 sq. ft., is highlighted with Afro-Caribbean accents.
