This 4-week workshop is a secular, scientifically informed approach that operates in harmony with any belief system or spiritual background and can be practiced by people of all backgrounds. No prior experience is necessary.

Join Mindful Kids Miami & Mindful Miami for a Discovery of Mindfulness Workshop, This course based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness. Participants will discover practical ways to integrate Mindfulness into daily life and to begin a personal mindfulness practice.
